Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in fleet operations or related fields, including leadership.
• Experience leading regional/global fleet operations and managing budgets.
• Strong financial, analytical, and negotiation skills; knowledge of safety/compliance.

Responsibilities

• Translate global fleet strategy into regional priorities and execution plans.
• Own regional fleet performance, budget, service delivery, and employee experience.
• Manage regional fleet budgets and identify cost-efficiency opportunities.
• Oversee fleet processes, controls, and service standards across vehicle lifecycle activities.
• Lead, coach, and develop Fleet Regional Operations Managers.
• Maintain supplier relationships and monitor KPIs/SLAs.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance across regions.
