Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in fleet operations, procurement, or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Proven experience managing relationships with FMCs, OEMs, and other suppliers, with KPI achievement.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, communication, project management, and decision-making skills.
• Strong knowledge of fleet operations best practices and regional regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities of a regional fleet operations team to meet KPIs.
• Coordinate between LCs, FMCs, OEMs, suppliers and internal Johnson & Johnson functions.
• Balance local business needs with global fleet strategy through stakeholder collaboration.
• Support implementation of fleet strategies and process improvements.
• Review suppliers’ performance against KPIs and SLAs.
• Analyze regional fleet data to identify cost efficiencies.
• Resolve escalations for fleet-eligible employees.
• Provide regular status updates and escalate risks to Fleet Operations Lead.
