Johnson & Johnson MedTech Colombia S.A.S. is seeking a Compensation Operations Analyst to support Americas Total Rewards. The role focuses on ensuring accurate compensation execution and consistency across the region, partnering with TA, HRBPs, and leaders.

You will manage offers, leveling, retention programs, and annual comp cycles, leveraging Excel, Workday, Salesforce, Payfactors, and HRIS systems to deliver data-driven recommendations in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 1-3 years of work experience in Compensation/HR operations.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in a matrixed environment; Excel proficiency; HRIS/Payfactors reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Americas compensation operational support across offers, leveling, retention, and recognition.
• Manage day-to-day tasks and escalate cases as appropriate.
• Ensure adherence to all Service Level Agreements.
• Collaborate with Corporate Services for timely delivery of compensation matters.
• Support annual compensation cycle activities (survey management, salary structures, year-end).
• Track metrics and participate in additional initiatives and reporting.
