Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required (HR, Immigration Law, or related field preferred).
• 2+ years’ experience in Immigrations or Mobility.
• 2-3 years’ experience in HR (Talent Acquisition, ERLR, HR Operations, etc.).
• 2+ years’ experience in immigration or mobility is required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee coordination and execution of immigration processes, ensuring efficient work permits and visa validation globally.
• Maintain and update employee immigration records and documentation, both digital and physical.
• Lead efforts to organize immigration paperwork, capturing e-signatures and wet signatures as needed.
• Provide support to team members, ensuring timely follow-up on signed documents and immigration requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth immigration processes and service delivery.
• Represent DePuy Synthes in dealings with local authorities on immigration and labor law matters as needed/required.
• Drive continuous process improvement in immigration operations and educational townhalls as needed.
• Support end-to-end mobility assignment lifecycle in HRIS and cross-functional tasks.
