Job Description
Executes within defined procedures the strategic direction and planning of compensation & benefits programs. Provides support, research, and knowledge to manage the organization’s total rewards programs. Mayassistwith development and implementation of research-based strategic solutions. Streamline administrative work, unlock efficiency through simplification and automation, and drive end-to-end efficiency.
Manage day-to-day GSTR cases and act as regional process owner and SME
Receive, assign, update, classify, and process cases in case management application for multiple processes
Educate and guide employees on benefits mattersregardingenrollment, eligibility, coverage, claims, and provisions
Provide support for knowledge management activities, compile andmaintainbenefits records and sensitive documentation
Provide content input for employee training and information sessions andassistwith content for organization-wide communications andrequiredemployee notices
Process benefits enrollments, allowances, and flexible work arrangements (FWA) in Workday
Manage employee leave requests (medical, educational, GPL) in Workday
Support annual benefits renewals, audits, and system updates
Interface with Corporate Services, local/regional HR teams, brokers, and third-party administrators
Provide analytical support including research and ad hoc data analysis
Formulates solutions for a range of problems with moderate scope and complexity, using policies and practices as guidance;supportsachievement of projects and goals.
Understand and apply Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to‑day interactions with team
Undergraduate degree
1-2 years of experience in HR, benefits, or case management
Experience with Workday and HRIS systems
