Wing Assistant is building AI-enabled workforce solutions for growing businesses. We’re hiring a Sales Development Representative to be the first point of contact for prospective customers and to fuel our pipeline with qualified meetings for our Account Executives.

You’ll identify target companies, research hiring needs, and reach out through email, phone, and LinkedIn. A fast learner with persistent, outbound-focused mindset will thrive here.

Formación

• 1-4+ years in sales, business development, appointment setting, cold calling, recruiting, staffing, or a comparable outbound role.
• Real interest in B2B sales; SaaS, AI, staffing, outsourcing, or global workforce operations is a plus.
• Proven background in sales prospecting, cold calling, appointment setting, or high‑volume outbound outreach.

Responsabilidades

• Generate and qualify pipeline by identifying actively hiring target companies.
• Reach out via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels to book qualified meetings for AEs.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to maintain a healthy, well‑qualified pipeline.
