Plutus21 Partners is seeking an AI & Marketing Analytics Operations Manager to build and scale AI, automation, data, and reporting capabilities powering the Marketing function. The role focuses on turning fragmented information into trusted insights and scalable, production-ready systems, and translating complex concepts for business leaders.

The role requires designing, shipping, and maintaining AI agents, applications, and reporting solutions, with a builder's mindset to automate marketing

Formación

• Five+ years in Marketing or Revenue Analytics or a related field.
• Experience building AI-driven reporting solutions with modern AI technologies and production-ready AI applications/agents/automations.
• Knowledge of multiple attribution models and their strengths/limitations.
• Hands-on experience with multi-channel marketing reporting and campaign performance measurement.
• Solid knowledge of Salesforce reporting structures and data-quality practices.

Responsabilidades

• Build AI-driven reporting solutions that automate data preparation, analysis, narrative generation, insight identification, and recurring business readouts.
• Design, ship, and maintain AI agents, skills, and applications that automate marketing tasks and campaign execution; enable data interrogation and trend surfacing.
• Own and evolve Marketing's reporting ecosystem across paid media, digital, web, email, events, partner, ABM, lifecycle, and organic programs.
• Design attribution models to guide channel investment decisions and uncover the buyer journey.
• Establish measurement frameworks, reporting standards, and KPI definitions for consistent decision-making.
• Build executive-ready reporting connecting channel/campaign performance to pipeline, revenue, and conversions.
• Prepare and lead leadership readouts, business reviews, and performance discussions highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align data definitions, reporting logic, system requirements, and shared success metrics.
