Provectus is a premier AWS partner and an Anthropic strategic partner delivering AI-driven solutions across financial services and healthcare. You will embed with client teams as a Forward Deployed AI Engineer, learn the work from inside the operator seat, and rebuild functions from first principles while shipping production GenAI systems.

You will own the deployment lifecycle, work with Claude/Cowork, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive measurable business outcomes.

Formación

• 8+ years building software with production code accountability.
• Willing to spend weeks in operator role before coding.
• Able to learn new domains quickly and argue with domain experts.
• Shipped GenAI/LLM systems to production, not demos.
• Built or owned an eval suite for non-deterministic systems.
• Strong fundamentals; Python and TypeScript proficiency; depth matters.
• Cloud-native delivery on AWS with containers, Kubernetes, IaC, CI/CD.

Responsabilidades

• Ship production GenAI systems into customer environments.
• Build evaluation harnesses; define metrics and success criteria.
• Write production code across backend, data pipelines, and AI layer.
• Take systems to production on cloud platforms; ensure maintainability.
