Paired seeks a Performance Creative Strategist to scale a premium DTC kitchen knives and kitchenware brand. You’ll own the creative process from ideation to execution, crafting high-converting concepts, writing direct-response copy, and producing static and video creatives with AI tools.

You’ll collaborate with the marketing team, optimize campaigns on Meta platforms, and use performance data to improve ROAS while staying fast and hands-on in a dynamic DTC environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience developing performance creatives for DTC/eCommerce brands.
• Strong copywriting skills for direct-response advertising.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to create static and video creatives.
• Understanding of paid social advertising, especially Meta platforms.
• Ability to independently execute creative ideas, not just write briefs.

• Develop performance-focused creative concepts for paid social campaigns.
