Job summary

Tidal is seeking a Creative Growth Director for a growing food and beverage eCommerce company. You’ll turn raw content from creators, customers, and our founder into high‑performing creatives that acquire customers profitably, testing hooks, formats, and messages across paid media launches.

Lead AI-enabled execution, manage the creator-content pipeline, and collaborate with the founder, support, and community teams to deliver fast, scalable creative output and measurable performance improvements.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in creative design, performance creative, creative strategy, paid social creative, or a similar role.
• Strong experience developing Meta/Facebook and Instagram ads for ecommerce, DTC, CPG, food and beverage, wellness, or other consumer brands.
• Strong understanding of hooks, creative angles, messaging, ad copy, UGC, and what makes paid social creative perform.
• Experience repurposing existing UGC and brand assets into multiple ad concepts and creative variations.
• Comfortable using Meta Ads Manager to upload and launch ads, review basic performance metrics, and use results to guide creative decisions.
• Hands-on experience with Canva and preferably basic video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar platforms.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to explain creative ideas and performance insights clearly.
• Proactive, creative, organized, and comfortable working directly with a founder in a fast-growing environment.

Responsibilities

• Creative strategy and testing across hooks, formats, messages, offers, and creative styles.
• Creator-content pipeline: work with creators to obtain raw footage and assets and organize a reusable content library.
• Creative production: turn raw footage, testimonials, and product footage into performance creative including video and static formats.
• AI-enabled execution: use AI tools to increase creative output and experimentation.
• Paid-media execution: load and manage creative tests in paid-media platforms and link creative decisions to acquisition results.
• Performance analysis: identify which creatives drive profitable customers and iterate based on data.
• Landing-page alignment: ensure messaging in ads matches landing pages and offers.
• Collaborate with founder, customer support, and community manager.
