KittySpout is seeking a Performance Creative Strategist to own the ideation, scripting, planning and management of the creative process across Meta VSLs, UGC ads and direct response creatives for scale.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of DTC experience, runs a current AI stack in production, briefs short and long form VSLs, and can deliver volume and quality in the same week without being chased.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in direct response performance creative for DTC brands.
• Deep DTC experience with known brands and spend levels.
• Experience briefing short and long form VSLs.
• Ability to run an AI stack in production.
• Excellent English communication.

Aufgaben

• Manage end-to-end creative process from scripting to final asset.
• Drive improvements in advertising metrics with creative testing.
• Script and brief direct response creatives.
• Dissect creative performance using data to optimize.
• Produce at least 15 ad briefs per week.
