Nusava is seeking a Creative Strategist to architect AI-assisted direct-response video and static ads from concept to final review. You will own scripts, hooks, and scene directions, guiding editors to realize your vision across formats.

• Direct-response strategy background with proven results.
• Experience testing multiple visual formats at scale.
• Ability to direct editors and own concepts end-to-end.
• Portfolio with performance metrics required.

Responsabilidades

• Architect ads end to end: concept, script, hook, and scene details.
• Write modular scripts for multiple formats (VSL, whiteboard, UGC).
• Produce video and static concepts at volume using AI workflows.
• Review outputs and guide editors to match intended vision.
• Run daily content research and build a reusable content bank.
• Develop ICPs and angles to sharpen buyer messaging.
• Validate concepts with ad libraries and analytics.
