Tragas Consulting LLC is seeking an AI-native Executive Assistant to support a founder running two companies. The role blends high-trust executive support with building systems that reduce repetitive work each quarter, including automation across AI tools and workflows.

You will own calendar/inbox systems, transcribe meetings into actionable items, and draft communications in the founder’s voice while improving processes across platforms.

Formación

• Supported a founder or senior executive for at least two years.
• Built AI-powered workflows or automation that others use.
• Work with Claude or equivalent tools daily.
• Proficient with Asana, HubSpot, Slack, and Google Workspace, and can adapt to new tools.

Responsabilidades

• Calendar and inbox management across two companies with a defensible daily plan.
• Convert meeting transcripts to action items, owners, and Asana tasks the same day.
• Create pre-call briefings with attendee background and context for key meetings.
• Pull status from HubSpot, Gmail, Slack, and Fireflies to provide forwardable updates in minutes.
• Draft communications in the founder's voice; editor tightens over time.
• Arrange travel and events with a standing preferences brief to avoid repeated research.
• Produce deliverables like one-pagers and case studies aligned to brand systems.
• Build automation to absorb recurring work (AI tools, n8n workflows, MCP-connected pipelines).
• Maintain an automation ledger tracking impact and hours reclaimed.
• Assist with venture-side administration, including entity filings and investor correspondence.
