Scale Up Recruiting Partners is hiring an Automation Engineer to own the automation infrastructure powering lead management, CRM processes, reporting, and internal operations. This remote, full-time role requires 1-2 years of hands-on automation experience and a proactive mindset to own production-grade systems and continuously improve business processes.

• Experience building multi-step automations in Zapier, Make, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce workflows and lead/object relationships.
• Experience integrating AI APIs (OpenAI/Claude) in live workflows.
• Ability to write and debug Python and JavaScript for automation logic.

Responsabilidades

• Own the automation ecosystem end-to-end including new workflows and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot issues and continuously improve performance of automations.
• Support CRM automation, lead lifecycle, field mapping, and activity tracking.
• Create automated reporting processes for daily, weekly, and monthly metrics.
• Document workflows and automation logic for maintainability.
