Scale Up Recruiting Partners is hiring an Automation Engineer to own our automation infrastructure remotely. The role focuses on building, maintaining, and optimizing workflows for lead management, CRM processes, and internal operations.

This is a hands-on, production-grade position requiring independence and strong problem-solving skills. You will work with leadership and multiple teams to design scalable automations, using Zapier/Make, Salesforce, and AI APIs.

Formación

• 1-2 years hands-on experience building multi-step automations with Zapier/Make or similar.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce objects, relationships, field mapping, and CRM workflows.
• Experience integrating AI APIs (OpenAI, Claude) into live workflows.
• Ability to write and debug Python and JavaScript for automation logic.
• Experience with webhooks, API payloads, and error handling.

Responsabilidades

• Own the automation ecosystem end-to-end, building and maintaining workflows.
• Troubleshoot issues and continuously improve automation performance.
• Automate lead management, CRM processes, reporting, and internal ops.
• Collaborate with leadership across teams to design scalable automations.
• Document workflows and logic for maintainability.
