Bloom Talent Partners in Colombia seeks a Marketing Services Consultant / Senior Consultant to drive client-facing marketing engagements across strategy, campaign execution, analytics, and optimization.

You will translate client objectives into measurable plans, coordinate stakeholders, and deliver insights to improve marketing performance, with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills and advanced English. Senior candidates will take greater ownership of engagements and strategic initiatives.

Formación

• Experience in marketing strategy and marketing operations, with responsibility for planning and execution.
• Proven campaign management experience, owning workflows and deliverables end to end.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics and ability to generate actionable recommendations.
• Strong Excel skills for data analysis and PowerPoint skills for client‑presentations.
• Excellent client‑facing communication and presentation skills.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Senior‑level candidates should demonstrate greater ownership of client engagements and strategic initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Support end‑to‑end marketing campaigns, from planning through execution and optimization.
• Analyze campaign performance and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and client stakeholders.
• Develop client‑ready presentations, reports, and marketing insights.
• Support campaign planning by defining goals, target audiences, channels, and measurement approaches.
• Coordinate campaign assets, deployment, and QA of deliverables.
• Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for A/B testing and optimization.
• Collaborate with data and operations teams to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
