Power Digital Marketing in Colombia is seeking an experienced Data Engineer to own the core data foundation for agency and client analytics. You will design, build, and maintain ingestion pipelines, modeling, and data marts, ensuring clean, integrated data across multiple platforms including Meta, Google, Shopify, and CRM sources.

Formación

• 3+ years in data or analytics engineering.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Deep expertise in dbt, with production-grade workflows.
• Strong command of Snowflake and cloud data stack.
• Experience modeling in a multi-tenant environment.
• Knowledge of marketing datasets and attribution basics.
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD practices.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain the core data foundation (ingestion, modeling, and data marts).
• Own the workflow from raw platform data through serving layers for AI and BI.
• Build ingestion that handles API changes, rate limits, and retroactive restatement.
• Model across sources to reconcile spend, impressions, conversions, and revenue.
• Develop client-bespoke data solutions on top of the core layer.
• Create semantic layers and metric definitions for AI-generated SQL.
• Collaborate with nova, AI/innovation, and client teams to translate requirements.
