Félix is seeking a Project Manager to run the operating system of our Consumer Payments organization. You will own how we plan, prioritize, and execute—leading quarterly planning, OKRs, weekly cadence, and coordinating high-impact programs across squads.

You will work directly with the VP of Consumer Payments and partner with product, engineering, design, and compliance leaders. This role emphasizes embedding AI into operations for speed and predictability.

Competenze

• 5+ years of program and project management experience in fast-paced tech/fintech environments.
• Experience designing and running organizational operating cadences (OKRs, quarterly planning, offsites, weekly reviews).
• Professional fluency in English and Spanish, cross-border communication across LatAm and US teams.

Mansioni

• Own the Quarterly Planning Cycle and OKRs.
• Run the Weekly Operating Cadence with consolidated metrics and leadership reviews.
• Advance tooling and governance, standardize experimentation and AI-powered automations.
• Lead cross-squad programs including AI security policies and change management.
• Iterate on planning architecture to stay integrated and lightweight.
