Félix is seeking a leader to own Lifecycle & CRM, building and guiding the team to engage users throughout their relationship with Félix. The role focuses on growing LTV, optimizing incentives, and deriving customer insights to improve relevance and adoption of remittance and new products.

You will governance user touchpoints across channels, define frequency and channel priorities, and ensure communications drive measurable value.

Qualifikationen

• Strong experience leading Lifecycle, CRM, Retention, or Customer Growth in a consumer business.
• Strong business judgment to prioritize opportunities by impact and cost.
• Proven track record driving incremental growth across activation, retention, reactivation and cross-sell.
• Deep understanding of incrementality, experimentation, control groups and uplift measurement.
• Experience managing incentives and promotional budgets to drive outcomes.
• Expertise in segmentation, personalization and lifecycle journeys across channels.

Aufgaben

• Own the lifecycle strategy end to end from signup to long-term value.
• Grow LTV across the customer base and optimize incentives budget.
• Build and manage the Lifecycle & CRM team with clear ownership.
• Define governance for communications across WhatsApp, email, push and in-product surfaces.
• Develop segmentation and personalization using behavioral data and signals.
• Collaborate with Product, Growth, Data, and Operations to drive cross-functional impact.
