Job summary

Félix is seeking an extremely analytical, hands-on Lead Data Analytics to lead our Growth analytics track. This role sits at the intersection of Marketing, Product, and Partnerships, acting as a strategic data partner to uncover growth opportunities and help teams make data-driven decisions.

You will own end-to-end analytics across growth levers—including Paid Media, Referrals, CRM Lifecycle, Partnerships, and multi-product expansion—aiming to maximize new user acquisition at efficient CAC and

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Growth/Data analytics in high-growth tech or fintech.
• Expert SQL skills for large-scale transaction/event data.
• Deep knowledge of growth levers: Paid Media, CRM, Referrals, MMM.
• Strong experimentation & statistics background.
• Hands-on Python for analysis and modeling.
• Proven leadership of data analysts and data scientists.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics roadmap for Growth, Marketing, Product and Partnerships.
• Mentor a Data Analyst and a Data Scientist to raise analytical rigor.
• Own attribution, media strategy, and CRM lifecycle testing.
• Drive multi-product growth and KPI frameworks.
• Design and analyze A/B tests and incrementality studies.
• Build self-serve reporting and data infrastructure for real-time visibility.
