Gladly is seeking an experienced FP&A professional to own the operating expense plan, model forecasting, and partner with Marketing and Product & Engineering. You will drive insightful spend decisions and collaborate with senior leaders to shape the company’s financial strategy.

The role offers a fully remote environment with US-based leadership interaction, a strong emphasis on automation, and opportunities for growth within a fast-paced AI-first company.

Formación

• 5+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related analytical role.

Responsabilidades

• Own the operating expense plan end to end from department budgets to software and consulting spend.
• Review budget vs. actuals with leaders and explain movements to support smarter spending.
• Build models and planning systems to speed forecasting and accuracy.
• Use AI to automate repetitive tasks and connect systems for insights.
• Define how spend efficiency is measured and how it shapes forecasts.
• Provide opex and headcount insights for annual planning and board reporting.
