Clara seeks a hands-on Growth Designer to shape our acquisition engine across Mexico, Brazil, and Colombia. You’ll design ads, landing pages, lifecycle journeys, and conversion flows using AI as a core part of your daily workflow.

You’ll build scalable creative systems in Figma, optimize CRO, run A/B tests, and collaborate with Growth - Paid Media to turn data into design decisions. This role covers 3 markets and 3 languages (PT-BR, ES-MX, ES-CO) in a fast-paced, AI-driven environment.

Formación

• 2+ years of growth design, performance/marketing design with measurable impact.
• Portfolio demonstrating ad creatives, landing pages, or conversion-focused work.

Responsabilidades

• Design and produce performance creatives at scale — ads, carousels, and social assets for Meta, Google, and LinkedIn using AI tools.
• Design and optimize landing pages and conversion flows with CRO best practices; partner with Paid Media for A/B testing.
• Use AI daily to accelerate creative production and generate variants, layouts, and testable assets.
• Build and maintain a scalable creative system in Figma — templates and assets across 3 markets and 3 languages.
• Collaborate with Growth - Paid Media to interpret performance data and feed learnings into iterations.
• Perform visual QA to keep brand consistency across the funnel.
• Pilot new AI design tools and document workflows for team-wide adoption.
• Use automation tools (n8n, Make, Zapier) to create scalable creative workflows.
