Clara is seeking an experienced brand leader to own the identity and voice across the product, marketing and culture. You will build and lead a cross-functional brand team, and create AI-powered production tooling to scale brand work without bottlenecks.

You’ll partner with Product Marketing, Growth, Sales, and People to ensure a consistent Clara experience across channels and regions. Fluency in English and the ability to ship fast are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years leading brand, creative, or design at high-growth companies
• Portfolio of end-to-end brand work (identity systems, rebrands, campaigns)
• Track record hiring and growing creative teams
• Strong operational processes for scalable creative
• Hands-on with AI in production and generative tooling
• Excellent craft in visual identity, typography, voice, and motion
• Fluent English written and verbal; able to partner with execs

Aufgaben

• Own Clara's brand identity end to end: visual system, voice and tone, and the narrative linking product, marketing and culture
• Build and lead a brand team: designers, writers, motion and production talent
• Develop AI-powered brand production tooling: workflows, templates, AI-assisted systems and scalable assets
• Prototype fast and validate quickly from brief to working asset in days
• Establish operating rhythm for brand work: intake, briefs, reviews, approvals
• Lead concept development, art direction and hands-on craft on high-stakes moments
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Growth, and Sales to ensure brand consistency
• Partner with People and Recruiting to strengthen Clara's employer brand
• Set up metrics and feedback loops to measure brand impact
