Cloud Accountant Staffing (CAS) seeks an AI-Native Full-Stack Engineer to own the portal end-to-end. You will ship daily iterations, manage a production codebase with real users, and collaborate with a partner agency for architecture and security.

This is a long-term, fully remote, independent contractor role based in Latin America. You will design and build the candidate-facing side, enable AI-powered matching and vetting, and automate the recruiting funnel to scale a 45-person team to 150.

Formación

• 6+ years as a full-stack engineer shipping production apps.
• Primary engineer on a product with agency backing.
• Daily use of AI coding tools and live demos.
• Strong product thinking without a PM.
• Fluent English, including specs/docs.
• 4–5 hour overlap with US Eastern/Central time.

Responsabilidades

• Own The Portal day to day, backlog-driven production codebase.
• Develop the Candidate Side to support a two-sided marketplace.
• Integrate AI features like matching and parsing into the product.
• Automate recruiting funnel and related workflows across tools.
