LatamCent, a profitable US-based B2B SaaS, seeks a hands-on engineer to own the platform day to day—backend, frontend, AWS infra, production debugging, and integrations.

You’ll automate manual toil, deploy across the AWS stack, and build AI agent workflows with Claude Code to multiply output, delivering real features end-to-end in a lean team.

Location: Remote, LatAm. Salary: $60,000-$70,000/year USD. Type: Full-time. Strong US business-hours overlap required.

Formación

• 8+ years senior full-stack; primary engineer owning the product end-to-end.
• Senior TypeScript and Node with modern and legacy codebases.
• Angular 16 experience; strong AWS operations (ECS Fargate, Lambda, SQS, Aurora, SES, CodePipeline, CodeBuild).
• Production debugging in live systems with paying customers.
• Daily use of AI coding tools; built agent workflows in Claude Code.
• Experience in small/lean teams owning the whole stack.
• Demonstrated ability to build and ship meaningful features.

Responsabilidades

• Own the codebase end to end: ship features, fix issues, keep production healthy.
• Automate manual processes to quiet the stack in early weeks.
• Root-cause and resolve production incidents in live systems with customers.
• Run deployments and infrastructure changes across AWS stack.
• Build and run AI agent workflows to multiply repository output.
• Take specced work, fill gaps, and deliver realistic estimates.
• Scope and build new products from scratch during heavy cycles.
