IgniteTech is seeking an AI-enabled enablement specialist to replace traditional enablement with autonomous agent-driven processes. You will onboard customers, deliver demos to executive audiences, and maintain up-to-date training materials across our community engagement and social media management products.

You will engineer AI-native infrastructure, prompts, and verification loops to ensure accurate, scalable enablement.

Formación

• Experience building AI-native enablement workflows and verification checks.
• Ability to lead onboarding at scale for admins, moderators, and end users.
• Proven track record delivering high-impact product demos to C-suite audiences.
• Strong written and verbal communication with audience-focused materials.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard customers at scale through structured, repeatable sessions.
• Build and deliver live and async product demos for executives and teams.
• Maintain living documentation and training materials aligned to product releases.
• Design prompts, agent workflows, and knowledge architectures for autonomous enablement.
• Incorporate customer feedback into product insights and self-serve resources.
• Contribute reusable agent configurations and workflows to shared repositories.
