Responsibilities include handling documentation, costing, billing, filing, tracking, and compliance, plus coordinating with customers, agents and vendors. Strong communication and problem solving are essential to service delivery and to winning more freight forwarding opportunities.

Formación

• Must handle documentation, costing, billing, filing, tracking, compliance and customer service.
• Arrange cargo transportation with all applicable parties.
• Coordinate with customers, agents and vendors.
• Ability to trouble shoot and work with internal teams to communicate issues with operating system as it relates to the completion of Air Export / Air Import shipment files.
• Good customer service and communication skills ability to build relationships with clients to win more freight forwarding opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate air import shipments and related activities in accordance with customer and/or forwarding agent requirements, and company objectives.
• Liaise with customers, agents and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure documentation, costing, billing, filing and tracking are accurate and timely.
