TransPerfect is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to oversee invoices, apply payments, and coordinate with Sales to ensure timely payments while maintaining strong client relations.

You will verify client payments, identify overpayments, and assist with reporting and special projects to support cash flow and accuracy across the AR function.

Formación

• Minimum 1–2 years of work experience in a computer oriented environment.
• Superior written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with Sales and AR teams.

Responsabilidades

Responsibilities:

• Timely application of all client payments received
• Acquire client remittances to ensure accurate and timely application

• Identify clients with consistent payment issues and work with both client and management to resolve.

• Superior written and spoken English communication skills

• Minimum of 1-2 years of work experience in a computer oriented environment
• Strong computer skills, Great Plains experience preferred, and the desire to learn more
