Roca Alliances is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage UK and US customer accounts, drive collections, and resolve billing discrepancies in an international context. The role focuses on cash flow optimization and accurate financial records.

You will collaborate with Billing, Sales, and Customer Success teams, ensuring timely collections and accurate reconciliations while maintaining strong client relationships across regions.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, or related finance role.
• Experience managing customer accounts and handling collections activities.
• Strong understanding of AR processes, aging, reconciliations, and collection strategies.
• English proficiency is required, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite or SAP and CRM platforms such as Salesforce is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with international teams.

Responsabilités

• Accounts Receivable Management: manage UK and US accounts, monitor payment status, maintain records.
• Collections: follow up on overdue invoices, negotiate payment plans, escalate when necessary.
• Cash Application & Reconciliation: match payments to invoices, investigate unapplied cash, resolve discrepancies.
• Billing & Dispute Resolution: investigate issues, resolve disputes, coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Account Risk & Reporting: monitor aging, identify high-risk accounts, track KPIs.
• Process Improvement: document and improve AR processes and workflows.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage UK and US customer accounts, drive collections, resolve billing discrepancies, and maintain accurate financial records. This role is key to improving cash flow, reducing overdue balances, and building strong customer relationships in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Accounts Receivable Management: Manage a portfolio of UK and US customer accounts, monitor payment status, and maintain accurate account records.


• Collections: Follow up on overdue invoices via email and phone, negotiate payment plans, and escal *ate delinquent accounts when necessary.


• Cash Application & Reconciliation: Match incoming payments to invoices, investigate unapplied cash, and resolve payment discrepancies.


• Billing & Dispute Resolution: Investigate billing issues, resolve customer disputes, and coordinate with Billing, Sales, Customer Success, and Account Management teams.


• Account Risk & Reporting: Monitor accounts receivable aging, identify high-risk accounts, and track collection performance against established KPIs.


• Process Improvement: Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to improving accounts receivable processes and workflows.
