Auxis LLC is seeking a seasoned Accounts Payable Leader to functionally establish and oversee AP BPO operations for a multinational with US operations. The role includes guiding the migration to Auxis’ Costa Rica Service Center and supporting process design, organizational design, and technology deployment for these operations.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role with progressive responsibilities.
• Experience in leadership or supervisory positions (2+ years).
• Proficiency in using accounting software and ERP systems with advanced Excel skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated issues and complex AP problems.
• Review, process, and approve invoices with proper documentation and GL coding.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve payment discrepancies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors and negotiate terms.
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes and assist audits.
