Auxis is seeking an Accounting Supervisor in Bogotá to oversee daily accounting operations, manage a team of accountants, and ensure timely financial services for clients. The role reports to the Accounting Manager and emphasizes leadership, client management, and adherence to regulatory standards.

Responsibilities include journal entries, reconciliations, month-end closes, and delivering accurate financial reports and forecasts.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting is required.
• 6+ years of experience in accounting or finance with strong general accounting and financial reporting.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience in outsourcing or professional services.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (oral and written).
• Experience with SAP or Oracle is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including AP/AR, GL, and financial reporting.
• Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and statements prepared by the team.
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes and coordinate with clients to meet SLAs.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships as the main accounting contact.
• Prepare and present financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to clients and management.
• Implement robust financial controls and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
