Auxis is seeking an Accounting Supervisor in Bogotá to oversee day-to-day accounting operations and manage a team of accountants. You will ensure accurate financial reporting, drive improvements, and maintain strong client relationships with leadership reporting to the Accounting Manager.

The role emphasizes financial controls, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet monthly and year-end deadlines. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting (required).
• 6+ years’ experience in accounting or finance roles with strong general accounting and financial reporting background.
• Minimum of 3 years leadership experience, preferably in outsourcing or professional services.
• Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems; SAP or Oracle is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, and financial reporting.
• Lead and supervise a team of accountants; manage workload and performance evaluations.
• Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, tax regulations, and relevant laws for client accounts.
• Prepare and present financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to clients and management.
