Auxis is seeking an Accounting Supervisor to oversee daily accounting operations, lead a team of accountants, and ensure timely financial services to clients. The role reports to the Accounting Manager and emphasizes strong client management, controls, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in accounting/finance, solid financial reporting expertise, and a track record in outsourcing or professional services.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent required.
• 6+ years in accounting/finance with strong general accounting and reporting background.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience, preferably in outsourcing or professional services.
• Proficiency in accounting principles, financial controls, tax regs, and laws.
• Experience with SAP or Oracle ERP is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations (AP, AR, GL, reporting).
• Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Coordinate month-end and year-end close with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor financial data and identify trends and improvements.
• Manage client relationships and provide exceptional service.
• Ensure compliance with regulations for all client accounts.
• Prepare and present financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
