Job summary

SellCord is seeking an Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of SMB client accounts on Walmart Marketplace. You will ensure client satisfaction, coordinate launches, and drive sustainable growth with cross-functional teams.

In this contractor role, you will deliver performance updates, manage campaigns, and build strong relationships with clients while maintaining clear communication and attention to detail in a fast-paced ecommerce environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer-facing roles; marketing or sales experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with G Suite and Slack; PM tools helpful.
• Fluency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations for assigned accounts and act as the primary point of contact
• Prepare and deliver performance updates, replenishment reports, and meeting recaps
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth product launches and task execution
• Coordinate with advertising managers to optimize client campaign performance
• Monitor sales data and key performance indicators to identify trends and make recommendations
• Maintain strong client relationships through timely and professional communication
