Trina Storage in Chile seeks a LAC–HQ Coordination & Operations Specialist to support regional Fulfilment & Service. You will strengthen coordination between LAC teams and HQ, ensuring requests have clear owners and deadlines, with follow-up through to resolution.

You will work across Fulfilment, Service, Engineering, Commissioning, Product and other support functions, translating needs into actionable tasks while navigating time zones and cultures.

Formación

• Degree in business administration, international business, operations or related field.
• Experience with Chinese companies or HQ teams is highly valued.
• Experience in energy, infrastructure, manufacturing or project-based industries.
• Fluency in Spanish and Mandarin Chinese, written and spoken.
• Ability to communicate professionally in Chinese with HQ teams.
• Intermediate to advanced English
• Strong ownership and follow-up discipline.

Responsibilities

Trina Storage is looking for aLAC–HQ Coordination & Operations Specialist to support our regional Fulfilment & Service organization across Latin America and the Caribbean.
This role will help strengthen coordination between ourLAC teams and HQ, ensuring that requests are clearly understood, actions have clear owners and deadlines, and key topics are actively followed up through to resolution.
You will work closely with regional managers and HQ teams across Fulfilment, Service, Engineering, Commissioning, Product and other support functions.
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive and persistent professional who is comfortable working across cultures, languages and time zones, and who can turn complex or pending topics into clear actions and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication and action flows between LAC teams and HQ across Fulfilment, Service, Engineering, Commissioning and related functions.
• Understand HQ processes, working styles, approval paths and decision-making dynamics, helping LAC teams navigate them effectively.
• Proactively follow up on open issues, pending decisions, approvals, escalations and blocked actions, ensuring clear ownership, deadlines and next steps.
• Drive actions through to closure and elevate delays or blockers when required.
• Translate business and operational needs between LAC and HQ, ensuring requests are clearly understood and actionable.
• Identify missing information, unclear responsibilities, delayed responses and process bottlenecks before they impact project execution.
• Consolidate inputs from different LAC teams into clear action trackers, status reports and management updates.
• Maintain visibility of key commitments, milestones, pending actions and escalation items across the regional organization.
• Build strong working relationships with HQ stakeholders and become a reliable point of contact for LAC-related matters.

Requirements

• University or technical degree in Business Administration, International Business, Operations, Project Management, Communications, Translation or a related field.
• Experience working with Chinese companies, Chinese HQ teams or multinational organizations is highly valued.
• Experience in energy, infrastructure, manufacturing, construction or other project-based industries is a plus.
• Fluent Spanish and Mandarin Chinese, both written and spoken.
• Ability to communicate professionally in Chinese with HQ teams through emails, meetings and written follow-up.
• Intermediate to advanced English preferred.
• Strong ownership, follow-up discipline, organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Ability to quickly understand operational and project-related context and translate it into clear actions.
• Professional discretion and ability to handle confidential business information.
