Trina Storage in Chile seeks a LAC–HQ Coordination & Operations Specialist to support regional Fulfilment & Service. You will strengthen coordination between LAC teams and HQ, ensuring requests have clear owners and deadlines, with follow-up through to resolution.

You will work across Fulfilment, Service, Engineering, Commissioning, Product and other support functions, translating needs into actionable tasks while navigating time zones and cultures.

Formación

• Degree in business administration, international business, operations or related field.
• Experience with Chinese companies or HQ teams is highly valued.
• Experience in energy, infrastructure, manufacturing or project-based industries.
• Fluency in Spanish and Mandarin Chinese, written and spoken.
• Ability to communicate professionally in Chinese with HQ teams.
• Intermediate to advanced English
• Strong ownership and follow-up discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate communication and action flows between LAC teams and HQ.
• Understand HQ processes and decision-making dynamics to help navigate them.
• Follow up on open issues with clear ownership and deadlines.
• Drive actions through to closure and escalate blockers.
• Translate business needs between LAC and HQ into actionable tasks.
• Identify missing information and bottlenecks before execution.
• Consolidate inputs into clear action trackers and updates.
• Maintain visibility of commitments and escalations across the region.
• Build strong working relationships with HQ stakeholders.
