Huawei Technologies is seeking a Transportation Specialist to lead and optimize the company’s global logistics operations. You will develop strategies, coordinate dispatch, routing, and warehouse activities, and work with carriers to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires strong knowledge of TMS, GPS tracking, and data analytics, plus the ability to manage risks and drive continuous improvements. Advanced English is required and you will collaborate with internal teams and external partners

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field.
• Extensive experience in transportation and logistics.
• Strong knowledge of route optimization and carrier management.
• Familiarity with regulations, compliance, and safety standards.
• Experience with budgeting and transportation cost analysis.
• Proficiency with TMS, GPS tracking, and reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive cost optimization initiatives through budgeting, freight analysis, and operational improvements.
• Monitor transportation performance and leverage digital tools such as TMS, GPS tracking, and data analytics to enhance efficiency.
• Identify transportation risks, implement contingency plans, and manage emergency situations effectively.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external logistics partners to strengthen supply chain performance.
• Lead, develop, and motivate transportation teams to achieve operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong experience in transportation, logistics, and supply chain management.
• Solid knowledge of transportation operations, route optimization, and carrier management.
• Understanding of transportation regulations, compliance requirements, and safety standards.
• Experience with budgeting, cost control, and transportation financial analysis.
• Proficiency with Transportation Management Systems (TMS), GPS tracking platforms, and reporting tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
