Huawei Technologies is seeking a Transportation Specialist to lead and optimize the company’s global logistics operations. You will develop strategies, coordinate dispatch, routing, and warehouse activities, and work with carriers to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires strong knowledge of TMS, GPS tracking, and data analytics, plus the ability to manage risks and drive continuous improvements. Advanced English is required and you will collaborate with internal teams and external partners

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field.
• Extensive experience in transportation and logistics.
• Strong knowledge of route optimization and carrier management.
• Familiarity with regulations, compliance, and safety standards.
• Experience with budgeting and transportation cost analysis.
• Proficiency with TMS, GPS tracking, and reporting tools.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage risks and drive continuous improvement.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute transportation strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage daily transportation operations including dispatch, routing, warehouse coordination, and carrier management.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, safety standards, and international trade requirements.
• Drive cost optimization through budgeting, freight analysis, and operations improvements.
• Monitor transportation performance using digital tools like TMS, GPS, and data analytics.
• Identify risks and implement contingency plans for emergencies.
