Beijing Foreign Enterprise Management Consultants Co.,Ltd. in Chile seeks a junior Supply Chain trainee to support ICT, Technology, Energy and renewable energy projects.

You will assist in planning and coordinating procurement, logistics, and the delivery of project materials, equipment and technology products, while coordinating with suppliers and internal teams. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, graduate in 2025 or 2026, have 0–2 years of experience,

Responsabilidades

• Support Supply Chain activities for ICT, Technology, Energy, and renewable energy projects.
• Assist in planning and coordinating procurement, logistics, and delivery of project materials, equipment, and technology products.
• Support monitoring of purchase orders, deliveries, inventory, and material availability.
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, contractors, and internal project teams.
• Follow up on material lead times, delivery schedules, and potential supply risks.
• Assist with Supply Chain documentation, reports, and tracking tools.
• Assist in monitoring supplier performance and compliance with project requirements.
• Support identification and resolution of logistics, procurement, and material-related issues.
• Assist with inventory control and material tracking at project sites and/or warehouses.
• Support coordination of shipments, customs clearance, and transportation activities when required.
• Prepare and analyze Supply Chain KPIs and operational data.
• Collaborate with Project Management, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, ICT, Energy, and other stakeholders to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment.
• Continuously develop knowledge of Supply Chain best practices within technology and energy industries.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Information Technology, Computer Science, ICT, or a related technical field (mandatory)
• Graduated in 2025 or 2026
• 0–2 years of professional experience
• Strong interest in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Technology, ICT, Energy, or renewable energy projects
• Internship, academic, or project experience related to supply chain, logistics, procurement, construction, ICT, telecommunications, energy, or project management is valued
• Basic knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes
• Advanced English level
