Job summary

CS Outsource in Chile seeks a TRACK PMS Expert / Webmaster to own and optimize our use of TRACK PMS. The role requires hands-on experience, deep troubleshooting, and independent problem solving to keep configurations, integrations, and workflows running smoothly.

You will work directly with TRACK support, document solutions, and act as the internal subject-matter expert for TRACK PMS, guiding internal teams and improving processes across our property management tech stack.

Qualifications

• Expert-level, hands-on experience with TRACK PMS.
• Strong knowledge of TRACK PMS functionality, workflows, and configurations.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot TRACK-related technical issues.
• Experience troubleshooting integrations and data synchronization.
• Ability to investigate issues independently and communicate with providers.

Responsibilities

• Own the company's day-to-day TRACK PMS usage and configurations.
• Troubleshoot TRACK-related technical and system issues.
• Investigate errors and synchronization problems across TRACK integrations.
• Monitor and troubleshoot integrations between TRACK and other platforms.
• Document issues with relevant technical details for TRACK provider.
• Collaborate with TRACK support to resolve complex problems.
• Serve as the internal TRACK PMS subject-matter expert for the company.
