Insight Global is partnering with a leading global financial technology organization to design, build, and modernize a scalable payments platform. You will work across the full software lifecycle, influencing architecture and production deployment while collaborating with product, compliance, and engineering leaders.

The ideal candidate brings deep backend expertise, cross-functional impact, and a passion for modernization, reliability, and mentoring teams in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 6 to 10+ years building production backend services.
• Strong backend proficiency in C# / .NET; Java/Kotlin/Go acceptable.
• SQL and relational databases fundamentals.
• Writing and maintaining tests.
• Experience deploying on AWS with CI/CD pipelines.
• Designing microservices and event-driven architectures.
• Leadership in mentoring engineers and design reviews.
• Experience with financial or regulated domains is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services for payments and platform functionality.
• Lead architecture discussions and reviews.
• Mentor mid-level engineers.
• Collaborate with product, compliance, and ops teams.
