Global Payments is seeking an Agile Delivery Lead to enable software delivery across multiple teams for the Genius Enterprise POS platform. You will act as a servant leader, delivery facilitator, and agile coach to improve predictability, transparency, and execution across Product and Engineering.

You may directly support one or more teams as a Scrum Master and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and Delivery stakeholders to optimize backlog readiness and customer outcomes.

Formación

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, CS, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, Release Train Engineer, Project Manager, Agile Coach, Product Owner, or related role.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence; knowledge of SAFe, Scrum, Kanban in enterprise settings.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate coordination across multiple Agile teams, product pods, and stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve delivery risks, dependencies, and impediments.
• Drive transparency with delivery metrics and executive-ready status updates.
• Support planning and align team execution with evolving business priorities.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and Delivery stakeholders to improve outcomes.
• Coach teams in Agile, Lean, Scrum, and Kanban practices.
