Zimmer Biomet is seeking a Field Service Engineer to provide onsite and remote technical support for ROSA Surgical Devices across assigned regions. You will install, maintain, and service systems, troubleshoot with on-site representatives, and participate in complaint investigations to ensure device performance and patient safety.

The role requires an engineering or science degree, a valid driver’s license, and 2–4 years in field support or a customer-facing function.

Formación

• B.S. or M.S. in Engineering or relevant Science.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• 2–4 years of experience in field support, engineering, or other customer-facing function.

Responsabilidades

• Install and service ROSA Surgical Devices and perform troubleshooting.
• Provide onsite and remote technical support in assigned regions.
• Maintain inventory, equipment, and documentation for servicing.
• Contribute product feedback and improvements to R&D.
