Olympus Corporation is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service Olympus medical products in Chile. Under supervision, you will provide expert technical support, installations, upgrades, and on-site testing at customer facilities.

You will train customers, respond to inquiries, and escalate issues to service management while maintaining strong customer relationships and adherence to quality systems. Willingness to travel is required.

Formación

• Associate degree in electronics or 4+ years of equivalent medical device/military technical experience.
• Minimum 1–3 years as a Field Service Engineer or similar role.
• Experience troubleshooting electromechanical/microprocessor-based products.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and customer service focus.
• Excellent communication and ability to work under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver service excellence and maintain high customer satisfaction for Olympus products.
• Respond to inquiries and ensure compliance with regulatory quality systems.
• Train customers on basic operation of assigned devices and perform installs and testing.
• Escalate issues promptly and communicate with sales and service teams.
• Travel to customer sites, provide on-site support and participate in events as needed.
