GeekPlus Deployment Engineer role seeks a hands-on professional to lead robotic system deployments and maintenance at customer sites worldwide. You’ll coordinate with project managers, supply chain, and service teams to ensure successful configurations and commissioning.

The ideal candidate will have hardware/system expertise, strong communication, and the ability to learn quickly in dynamic environments, with travel as needed for deployments.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering OR 3–5 years of equivalent industry experience.
• Experience in warehouse automation / manufacturing automation.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage site implementation across teams including client operations & IT teams and site contractors.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, manage, and mentor contractors to ensure tasks meet lead times and quality.
• Plan onsite implementation including scope, budget, schedule, and subcontracting services.
• Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders to align delivery schedules.
• Perform hardware inspections, QA checks, and pre-deployment testing.
• Develop trainings for customers, team members, and service partners.
