Job summary

Job description

On behalf of ICT company Huawei Technologies, we are looking for: Service Manager – BESS / Solar PV

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate service activities for BESS and Solar PV projects, including execution, commissioning, and post-sales support.
• Manage and oversee Service Request (SR) tickets, ensuring timely resolution aligned with customer requirements and SLAs.
• Supervise on-site activities such as installation oversight, cold & hot commissioning, system integration, troubleshooting, and final acceptance.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects according to established processes, quality standards, and timelines.
• Conduct site audits for BESS and Solar plant locations and ensure compliance with technical and safety requirements.
• Prepare and review site audit reports, commissioning reports, and service documentation.
• Diagnose and resolve system malfunctions and operational issues, acting as the main technical escalation point for clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction.

Work Experience and Knowledge:

• English proficiency: Intermediate–Advanced (mandatory)
• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanics, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in power generation, renewable energy, or related service roles.
• Solid knowledge of BESS and/or Solar PV systems (commissioning, O&M, troubleshooting).
• Strong project management and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Experience working directly with clients and managing service expectations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and other project management tools.
