Beijing Foreign Enterprise Management Consultants Co.,Ltd. seeks a highly motivated Electrical Civil Engineer to join as a PV & BESS Engineer. This fresh graduate role focuses on Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage Systems, with a path to develop a technical career in renewable energy.

You will support technical development, perform system analyses, and collaborate with sales and engineering teams across projects. Proficiency in English is required, and graduation in 2025 or 2026 is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• Graduated in 2025 or 2026.
• 0–2 years of professional experience.
• Strong interest in Solar PV and BESS technologies.
• Academic, internship, or project experience related to solar, energy systems, PMGD, C&I, or BESS is valued.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, power electronics, solar PV systems, or energy storage.
• Advanced English level.

Responsabilidades

• Support the technical development and implementation of Solar PV and BESS projects.
• Provide technical support for PV and BESS solutions, including system configuration and project analysis.
• Assist with technical calculations, documentation, and engineering activities.
• Support the evaluation of customer technical requirements and project specifications.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, project management, and other internal teams.
• Participate in technical meetings and discussions with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Support the preparation of technical presentations and project documentation.
• Continuously develop knowledge of Solar PV, BESS, inverters, energy storage technologies, and renewable energy market trends.

We are looking for a highly motivated Electrical Civil Engineer to join our team as a PV & BESS Engineer. This position is designed for a fresh graduate who is interested in building a long-term career in the renewable energy industry, with a strong focus on Solar PV and Battery Energy

Storage Systems (BESS).

Requirements:

• Electrical Civil Engineering degree (mandatory)
• Graduated in 2025 or 2026
• 0–2 years of professional experience
• Strong interest in Solar PV and BESS technologies
• Academic, internship, or project experience related to solar, energy systems, electrical engineering, PMGD, C&I, or BESS is valued
