Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a PPC Manager to own paid media for urgent care clients, running multi-location campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and Microsoft Ads. You will lead budgeting, bidding, targeting, and testing while shaping the narrative on client calls.

You bring 3+ years of hands-on Google Ads and Meta experience, a proven ROAS/CPA track record, and agency experience across several clients. English fluency on calls is essential, and prior work with urgent care or multi-location

Qualifications

3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta, with proven ROAS/CPA improvements.
Agency experience managing multiple clients at once is preferred.
Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
Experience with urgent care or multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

Own paid media for urgent care clients across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
Budget allocation, bidding optimization, targeting, and testing creative.
Set 90-day and quarterly roadmaps and explain performance on calls.
Ensure accurate conversion tracking via GA4, GTM and platform pixels.
Drive account growth, retention, and long-term client relationships.
