Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Paid Media Manager, Urgent Care, to own paid media for urgent care clients with multi-site networks. You will lead targeting, budgets, roadmap, and the client narrative, acting as the strategic voice in client discussions.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, optimize bidding, testing, and attribution. Prior agency experience and strong English on live calls with US clients are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• Record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for urgent care or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
