Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA/pipeline improvements.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Experience with veterinary or multi-location businesses is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for vet accounts.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Set up conversion tracking and trusted attribution: GA4, tag manager and pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and present the story behind the numbers.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
